The Foundation

Peter W Littman (PWL) inherited substantial (though not enormous) wealth, which he augmented through long-term investments. From his late 40’s until his death at the advanced age of 90, he devoted himself to discovering and studying connections between the civilisations of the ancient world, finally tracking down and partly reconstructing the Ante-Antiquity Belief System on which he concluded that all ancient cultures were based.

Towards the end of his life PWL wished to ensure that his work would not be lost on his death. He set aside part of his assets to fund further research through The Perseverance Foundation in Liechtenstein (Charity Registration No. FL-0002.625.467-3).

PWL’s legacy is thus twofold. The Peter Littman Corpus (PLC) with 40,000+ tightly handwritten research pages, and the Funding available through the Foundation.

The Foundation created the Ante-Antiquity Project to carry out the practical work of preserving and promoting scientific use of PWL’s research and methods. The core activity is carried out by a Dublin (Ireland) based research team.

Funds are allocated at the absolute discretion of the Foundation’s Board of Directors.
